If people think that
this can only be found in the main course, the good news is that these

multivitamins being taken are useless? In some ways yes because they
don't provide the right amount of Vitamin C that is needed by the

have proven there is nothing wrong with taking more than the
recommended intake.
The same can't be
said about the vitamins because these aren't water soluble making it
hard for the body to absorb which is considered to be toxic. This is
another reason why patients should consult with a doctor before taking
any food supplements.
Everyone wants to
stay young and feel healthy regardless of age. Using creams and eating
food or supplements can make this happen as long as it is done
